Langston Peoples is a proud Winston-Salem native, a Reagan High alum, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2022, he discovered his calling in real estate and dove into Commercial Real Estate studies at the prestigious Kenan-Flagler Business School, sharpening his expertise in underwriting, portfolio analysis, and capital structuring.
In the summer of 2024, Langston joined Cardinal Group Companies, managing student housing near Wake Forest’s campus. There, he streamlined operations for over 70 homes and secured 41 leases totaling over $500,000 in revenue, a testament to his drive, strategic mindset, and results-first approach.
Outside of real estate, Langston is a dedicated outdoorsman and lifelong learner. Whether he’s playing tennis, golfing, fishing, or forging blades, his passion for mastering his craft never stops.
